PRODUCT INFORMATION
The product is completely handmade.
Earrings are 24 carat gold plated over the brass.
If the product is out of stock, you can contact dandeliondesigntr@gmail.com for information on whether it can be made again, color options and production time.
Changing on the products according to personal requests is not possible for stock models.
Due to the fact that the product is completely handcrafted, all stock products may contain slight differences from the images.
PRODUCT CARE
Products are sent in their own special boxes.
In order to maximize the life of your products, we recommend that you store them in their own boxes, away from dust and moisture.
Do not contact with any liquid/chemical in order not to accelerate the oxidation process of the products.
Please note that due to their handmade nature, all products require gentle handling when using/fixing them on the ear.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Prices are 18% VAT included.
Our online site accepts payment by credit card or EFT/Money Transfer. For the EFT/Money Transfer option, the orders that are not paid within 24 hours after the order are considered invalid. Please send the receipts of future EFT/Money Transfer payments to dandeliondesigntr@gmail.com.
If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 working days. Delivery times after shipping may vary depending on the location of the delivery and the workload of the carrier company. Dandelion Design is not responsible for variable shipping delivery times.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Due to the fact that the products are completely handmade and their intended use (special day / single-day use), they cannot be returned or exchanged.
