I was a child. Before I knew the meaning of the word design, I used to design clothes for robots I made from glass milk bottles. I used to colour the bottom of our dining table with pastel paints and sell the dried fragrant flowers on the streets. I grew up, finished my department with great enthusiasm and became an architect. After a 4-year education period filled with the word design, I started my business life. Hospitals, hotels, villas, shopping malls\u2026 Like my other colleagues, who have to do ugly and typified projects, staring at the screen all day within four walls, I changed a lot of jobs by looking for something better. I forgot the true meaning of the word design, which I thought I had only understood during my education process, when I got into professional life. At the end of 7 years, even when I took full responsibility for one of the biggest hospital projects in the country, the situation continued to be the same meaningless. Even then, I couldn’t change this order. One day I said to myself, If I cannot change the current order of this sector, I will change the sector then. As if I had something else to do. Something about happiness, in which there are not heavy stresses, but sweet stresses\u2026 Something where I can define the way I work and design\u2026 Then I found it. I created a world of flowers where colours can speak every language. A different world consisting of not only flowers but also the accessories accompanying them\u2026 \u201cHow much stress and unhappiness can there be in such a world? \u201dI said\u2026 How unhappy could touching people’s private moments be? I said it would not be possible without education. I eroded the way of flower and accessory training workshops. But these things were not possible only with certificates. I produced a lot, practised, experienced and finally prepared a workshop for myself. Some objected, some rolled their eyes, and some supported it\u2026 “Design is an unknown,” said Geoffrey Beene… I think this was the most correct statement about design… I named this unknown path that I took to discover it, after the most beautiful flower that has left me from my childhood memories.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
